Yoga Classes

Have you always wanted to try yoga but were nervous about a current/previous injury? Magna PT is the place for you!  Class sizes are limited to a maximum of 10 and students must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19.

Yoga Stretches

Gentle Yoga

A Kripalu-style gentle class that's meditative and soothing.  Gentle flow allows for release of muscular tension and calming of the sympathetic nervous system. Connect to your body and mind, reduce stress, improve flexibility and gain strength.  This practice starts with joint warm ups and builds to a gentle flow,  ending with floor poses and a closing relaxation (Savasana).  Suitable for beginners and seasoned practitioners seeking a gentle practice.  Students are encouraged to attune to their own body needs and modify with blocks and a blanket when needed.
