Introducing New Magna PT Yoga and Meditation classes!  Class sizes are limited to a maximum of 11 and students must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19.

Yoga 101         Tuesdays at 11AM

Gentle Yoga     Wednesdays at 9AM

Meditation        Thursdays at 5:30PM

Yoga 101

This 6-week Beginner Yoga Series will explore a gentle approach for students new to the practice.  You will be led through safe, slow, and focused movements in seated, standing, and reclined postures focused on stretching and releasing tension in the body.  Props including yoga blocks, a blanket, a chair and the wall are encouraged for the well-being of muscles, joints, bones, and overall physical health.  Students will learn common postures and their names along with exploration of body alignment, gentle movement, breath work, and mindful meditation.  Come learn why the many benefits of yoga in a safe environment.  This class is for every ‘body’.   Students are welcome to take this class simultaneously with the Gentle Yoga Class.  The six week series will be followed by another six week series, introducing the postures into a very gentle yoga flow.
