Rachel Kuang

Physical Therapist Aide

Rachel is a recent graduate from the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology. During her time at UConn, she spent most of her time working with academically struggling undergraduate students through weekly mentoring and holistic support. She has teaching experience both in teaching undergraduate student mentors and toddlers. Rachel also balanced school with 2 part time jobs as a daycare teacher and as a bartender/hostess back in her hometown of Simsbury. In her free time, Rachel enjoys going out with friends to try different cuisines/foods from different countries, listening to live music, stargazing in the summer, and staying active by playing different sports.
In the future, Rachel is hoping to continue her education to become a physical therapist either working with young children or in orthopedics. Rachel’s dream and goals in life is to open her own practice one day and to promote holistic, emotional, and empathetic support in people’s recovery journey within the healthcare system. She values and believes emotional support can motivate anyone to reach their goals faster no matter how tough or impossible it may seem. Rachel is excited to join the team and to continue to gain valuable experiences at Magna Physical Therapy.
