Jennifer Stawarz, MSPT

In 2004, Jennifer received her Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Hartford.  She offers quality orthopedic care and her treatments emphasize a hands-on approach combined with medical exercise training. She believes in promoting a healthy lifestyle and loves educating her patients about diet and exercise for the mind and body.  She also helps her patients by promoting self awareness to their rehabilitation experience. 
 
Jennifer has an advanced certification in the Cyriax technique and completed a 10 month manual therapy course emphasizing spine injuries & intervention. Jennifer continues to supplement her education through continuing education courses including fundamentals in therapeutic & kinesiology taping, strain/counter strain techniques, Core Therapy using theraball, bio-mechanical analysis & treatment of foot & ankle dysfunction, Mulligan mobilization with movement & taping. 
 
Jen's areas of interest include treating foot & ankle injuries, post surgical athletes, and providing postnatal core strengthening programs. Jen lives in Burlington with her husband and 2 small children.
